LISTING STEPS
Follow the steps below to list your property. You will be completing 2 documents for each listing, a Listing Agreement and a Data Form. Make sure to save these documents to your computer’s hard drive. Email completed documents to Admin@Prellorealty.com or Fax to 773-472-8988, we will call you to confirm receipt. STEP 1
Download and Complete the Marketing Agreement below (choose either Sale or Rental).

Download and Complete the Property Data form below that matches your property type, if you do not see your property type here please call 773-472-8900.
Data Form- Single Family Home Sale
Data Form- Condo/Townhome Sale

Download and Complete the Property Disclosure Forms below. If you are having difficulty or have questions please call 773-472-8900.
Illinois Residential Property Disclosure (required for all property)
Radon Disclosure (required for all property)
Lead Paint Disclosure (only if your property was built prior to 1978)
Vacant Land Disclosure (required for all vacant land)

If you are submitting your own photos please go to Edit/Update My Listing and Submit Photos. Also located under the Support tab on the Home page of this website. If you are having difficulty or have questions please call 773-472-8900.
