3 Easy Steps to Get Listed
Thank you for choosing to list your property with us! We make listing your property as easy as 1-2-3.
Step 1: Select Your Package and Payment
- Start by clicking the “Continue” button at the bottom of this page
- Select the Illinois Flat Fee MLS Package that is best for you
- Add additional items that fit your needs and budget
Step 2: Download and Complete Forms
- Download the Listing Package that best suits your Property Type
- Complete the Listing Packet to the best of your knowledge (Note: Not all fields will be applicable, but the more information the better)
- Save the Fillable PDF document to your computer or mobile device
- DO NOT PRESIGN THE LISTING PACKET – Please email UNSIGNED completed forms to admin@prellorealty.com
- We will email back to you via Docusign for esignatures for proper placement of initials and signatures
Step 3: Email Photos
Note for Classic, Elite and upgraded packages:
You are not required to email photos. Your Professional Photographer will send all property photos directly to Circle One Realty.
- Email photos to admin@prellorealty.com
- For best image quality, photos should be JPEG format, 1920 x 1080 pixels in size
- The first photos MUST be a front exterior photo uploaded with the file name “001”
- Email remaining photos with numerical file names in the other you want them to appear in the MLS—002, 003, 004, etc.
